Handyman Services for Homeowners

Offering reliable dependable handyman services for homeowners who are too busy, disinterested, or lack the skills for the work that needs to be done.

All work is offered with a flat rate estimate unless otherwise agreed upon so you know what the job will cost right up front.

Services:
I can be hired for jobs that include drywall repairs, paint touch-up work, assembling furniture, fixing a dripping faucet, fixing damaged pieces of siding, installing doors, fixing doors that do not latch or hang correctly, pet doors in doors and walls.

My handyman service focuses on the smaller types of repairs, mostly honey-do lists and one offs like building shelving, siding repairs, etc. I do not offer remodeling services. Other handyman types of services I provide include: assembling of furniture or tool shed kits, changing light bulbs, hanging picture frames, etc.

Dwelling —basic electrical (switches, receptacles, and fixtures), drywall patch/repair, cabinet repair (hardware, drawers, faces, doors), doors, trim, paint, caulking, basic plumbing repair (faucets, showers, sinks), smoke alarm battery replacement, changing light bulbs, furnace filter replacement, siding/trim, roofs, gutters/downspouts, winterizing. Anything you’ve had to do to maintain your home.
Garage— storage options (shelving/cabinets), door opener troubleshooting and minor repairs such as reprogramming.
Landscape— sprinkler system repair, fences, tool sharpening (shovels, pruners, loppers, hoes).

Assembly service for all those things that come in pieces and parts.
