Offering reliable dependable handyman services for rental and property managers/owners. Home inspection hit lists can be a collection of small and miscellaneous tasks; just the type of work I love, lots of variety.

Service fees are dependent upon the condition of the property upon inspection.

All work is offered with a flat rate estimate unless otherwise agreed upon.

Services include:
Dwelling — basic electrical (switches, receptacles, and fixtures), drywall patch/repair, cabinet repair (hardware, drawers, faces, doors), doors, trim, small job painting, caulking, basic plumbing repair (faucets, showers, sinks), siding/trim, roofs, gutters/downspouts, weatherization/winterizing (weather stripping/sealing).

Flooring — sorry, I don’t do carpeting work. I do have experience installing laminate/engineered wood, and other floating type flooring and baseboard/crown molding work.

Garage — storage options (shelving/cabinets), door opener troubleshooting and minor repairs such as reprogramming.

Landscape — sprinkler system repairs (no blowouts), fences, decks/patios repair.
